1. What: Swindling Incident

2. Where: Brgy. Poblacion 1, Carcar City, Cebu

3. When: OOA 3:00PM of July 30, 2021

4. Who: Suspect: Unidentified male person

(Victim) Wilson Panindaro 50 years old , Male and resident of

Brgy. Bagakay, Cebu City.
Witness: Alberto Laňas, 26 years old, male, driver and resident of Brgy. Guadalupe,
Carcar City, Cebu.

5. Why: To be determine

6. How: The above-mentioned victim personally apeared of this station together with the
aforecited witness, they reported of alleged an swindling incident happend at aforementioned time,
date and place. As per account of the vicitm, that mnetioned suspect presently introduce himself as
connected at Petson Gas Station and offered good proposal to him to sale a drum of gasoline. After
they agreed the selling price, the vicitm gave cash amount of Php 45,000.00 cash to his driver for the
price of four (4) drums of gasoline. After the said amount was handed to the suspect, the said suspect
was went away to unknown direction and cannot be contacted anymore that result of great damage
and prejudice to the victim. Further, Personnel of this station were still conducting follow up
investigation for identify and locate the suspect.
