Ascendas REIT is Singapore’s first and largest listed business space and industrial Real Estate
Investment Trust (“REIT”) with a portfolio diversified across five major segments of the business
space and industrial property market.

PARKWAY LIFE REIT

Parkway Life REIT ("PLife REIT") is one of Asia's largest listed healthcare REITs. It invests in
income-producing real estate and real estate-related assets used primarily for healthcare and
healthcare-related purposes.
Some of their portfolio in Singapore includes Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital,
Parkway East Hospital.
Some of their portfolio in Malaysia includes Gleneagles Intan Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur.
In addition to Singapore and Malaysia, Majority of Parkway Life’s portfolio comes from Japan,
where they focus on Nursing homes across multiple prefectures including Akita, Osaka,
Hokkaido, Fukuoka, Niigata, Saitama, Aichi, Chiba, Hyogo, Kanagawa etc

CAPITALAND COMMERCIAL TRUST

Capitaland Commercial Trust ("CCT") is the first office REIT listed on SGX. CCT invests in
income-producing Grade A commercial real estate primarily in Singapore’s prime Central
Business District. It also invests in commercial property in overseas market like Germany.
CCT’s Singapore office portfolio includes Capital Tower, Asia Square Tower 2, Six Battery Road,
CapitaGreen, One George Street, Raffles City Singapore, CapitaSpring and 21 Collyer Quay.
Some of their portfolio in Germany are Gaillileo and Main Airport Centre.

Frasers Centrepoint Trust (“FCT”) is a Singapore-domiciled retail real estate investment trust
(“REIT”). FCT is managed by Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd., a real estate
management company and a subsidiary of Frasers Centrepoint Limited. At present, FCT’s
portfolio comprises seven quality suburban malls in Singapore.
The six malls are Waterway Point, Causeway Point, Northpoint, Changi City Point, Bedok Point,
YewTee Point and Anchorpoint.
FCT also owns a 31% equity stake in the Malaysian-listed Hektar REIT which owns a few
suburban malls such as Subang Parade, Mahkota Parade, Segamat Central, etc.

is the third REIT sponsored by Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd. MCT invests in a diversified

MCT’s portfolio comprised five properties located in Singapore namely, Vivo City, Mapletree
Anson, Bank of America Merrill Lynch HarbourFront, PSA Building and Mapletree Business City.
