Today, I am going to talk about how technology affect our lives and the advantages
and disadvantages of technology advancement. Then I will suggest some ways to
reduce people's reliance on technology.

At now, people can't leave the technology because it is so convenient.Fo example,

the mobile phone is helping our daily live.people search the news is more easily.We
can take over a lot of thing in anytime.You also can learn the knowledge in the
phone.And also,now have ovid 19 the student can learn on the online class so the
mobile phone.at now the technology is upgrade,so we can learn more easily on the
internet.In addition,student can submit homework in the internet,no need to take so
much home work go to school.It is so heavy.All of this can influenced our daily
lives.

First, technology helps us a lot on our work. Using technology to work is easier
and safer. For example, a machine can help people take heavy things, it will be
safer and easier for people to work, people can finish their work easier.

Moreover, technology will make your learning effective. Technology can help people
learning and teaching such as you can take a tablet for learning. Technology will
make the class more interesting so students will be more active in the class.
Students can learn faster and simpler by using tablets.

However, technology has some disadvantages.

First,People will lose the ability of working with their own hands.For example
people use computer for playing, and they will lose their focus on their work.

In addition, the internet has some problem that the internet is easy to use but it
is non-private. Hackers may hack your bank account and use your money in the
internet so the social media as one of the platform of using technology is non-
private .If you need to buy things in the internet, you need to be careful.

Those are the pros and cons of the technology.Next,I would like to talk about how
to reduce the reliance on technology.

Firstly, if you can't stop playing computer, you can set a limit to limit the time
of playing. When the limited time is over, it can remind you to finish your work.
