1. What language do people use when they meet in international conference, international seminar?
Why do they use that language? State your reason!
Answer : the people use english language. Because, english is one of international languages or a
languages in widespread use as a langguage of international communication.

2. Indonesian is our national language, when you communicate with your friend using javanise
language do you speak using your first language, or your second language? Give your reason!
Answer : use the first language indonesian, because indonesian language is the language that
unites the nation, if all regions use their respective regional languages, it is not certain that the
people we talk to understand the regional language.

3. English in malaysia is regarded as the second language while indonesian is considered as a

foreign language, Why? State your reason!
Answer : A second languages refers to a language which is not a navite language in a country but,
which is widely used as a medium of communication in education and is a government and which
is usually used alongside another language or languages.

4. How do you overcome your difficulty when you learn English?

Answer :
a. Often listen to English song and write the lyrics
b. Often read english literature
c. Often watch english films without indonesian subtitles
d. Learn the meaning of english word that you don’t understand then memorize them
e. Make friend with good english speaking people and try to talk to each oyher using english
5. Which countries use English as their native language?
Answer : the Countries use English as their native language is UK, USA, Autralia, New Zealand
