How does Exercise affect our/my overall wellness?

So, for me, doing physical activities nor exercise regularly, it improves the strength in both
my muscles and bones. This also boost my endurance, and also improve my focus, either in
my studies or social life, and even improves my mental health by decreasing symptoms of
depression, anxiety, and loneliness. So, in short, it keeps my body strong and healthy.
How Important does knowing your exercise prescription is?
By knowing your exercise prescription, it is very important because by this, you will know on
what or which type of exercise program may or may not be the best fit based on my physical
ability.
How do you apply the training principles in your exercise routine?
So, as I/we know, there are 4 training principles, which is the overload, ….
So, in overload principle, I apply this, so in order to progress and improve my fitness, I have
to put my body under additional stress. Like I increased the weights I lifted, change the
exercises employed, increase the volume of work. Yes.
In, specificity principle, I test the components which are important in my sport to see my
strengths and weaknesses, such as imbalances, speed, power, posture etc. So, my training
must go from highly general such as lifting weights and cardio to very specific so it includes
performing that exercise.
And, in reversibility principle, this particularly mean that, if I stop my training then the
improvements I have made will be reversed. That’s why I have to do my exercise regularly, if
not, at least I do dancing since I love dancing and also Zumba, or even household chores.
That’s why for variance principle, I try to vary my training, to keep me interested and to give
my body a different challenge. So, I do bunch of different kind of exercises. Like changing
body positions or by changing my equipments.
