how would you persuade him or her that doing so would be a good

investment?

The recruiter is often the initial point of contact that a potential employee has with
a firm, and they also serve as the primary point of communication between the
potential employee and the organization. The prospective employee receives
assistance and direction from the recruiter throughout the whole of the application
and hiring process. (Nick,2012)
In the event that the recruitment abilities of the recruiter are not at the top of their
game, both the prospective employee and the organization stand to miss out on a
great asset for the firm. If a business makes it possible for its recruiters to
participate in a training program that is more efficient, then the firm can rest
certain that its recruiters will be among the finest in the industry and should have
no trouble finding the ideal candidates for its open positions. (Schawbel,2012).
Investing in the training of the recruiters will give them the ability to maintain each
prospective employee's interest in the firm and will result in an increase in the
positive return that will bring productive new employees to the organization.
