Honorable chairs and fellow delegates:

The delegation of Mexico believes that reducing internet insecurity is crucial to the
United Nations Assembly .These delegates consider that the problem of
cyberspace requires immediate attention because everything that happens on the
network endangers the entire world population.

According to the data protection law, all civilians have the right to privacy and use
of the internet, without suffering any violation of their rights, the government must
ensure that civilians have the right to privacy and use of the internet be secure.
Therefore this delegates believes that this United Nations assembly should work
together in order to abide this article.

It is recognized that there is a lack of resources to ensure that the use of the
Internet is adequate and that civilians are guaranteed that their personal data is
safe, people constantly run the risk of their information falling into the wrong hands.
Mexico has created institutions to prevent this and the members of the UN are
invited to do the same.

It is added that these delegates strongly encourage the further implementation of

the use of the Internet for all people; it is also expected that the technology will
advance and be a world in favor of technological advancement.

These delegates look forward to a fruitful and constructive debate to resolve the
current problems that deserve the most rapid attention.

Thank you
Delegates from Mexico
