Precautions for installation and commissioning

1. There are digital marks on the machine valves corresponding to air pipe connecting, and there are
small signs on air pipe interface in the electrical cabinet indicating the number. After the machine
arrives at the site, check it against the electrical wiring diagram, because it may fall off or contact
poorly during transportation

2. The accessories and vulnerable parts are all in the machine. The corresponding pictures contain
some accessories to be used for installation, such as steam trap, screw gasket, etc. remember to
take them out for use. Vulnerable parts should be kept well. If they are damaged over time, they can
be replaced

3. There are two passwords mentioned in the computer manual. If both of them are useless, use
405913

4. The worm gear shall be regularly refueled on site to prevent rust.

5. When the machine is connected, pay attention to the phase and rotation direction of the motor before
debugging. Do not make the wrong direction, otherwise the motor will burn off.

6. The times of dyeing tube forward and reverse rotation and injection time need to be adjusted by
yourselves. During the adjustment, the main pump does not open and the dyeing tube circulation is
in automatic mode. It is recommended to set it to positive 3 and negative 4 and stay for 35 seconds.

7. The parameters such as the water inflow of the main cylinder barrel and the speed of the main pump
need to be adjusted according to the customer's site conditions. They can be checked before
operation.

8. The spray dyeing tube must be leveled without inclination, otherwise the yarn is easy to deviate to
one end, which will affect the dyeing effect and the service life of the spray tube.

9. When the machine is not in use, remember to clean it with clean water first, drain the water and dry
it.

10. The English version paper manual of the computer and frequency inverter is placed in the electric
cabinet of sh-4-1500.
