1.Vacancy: Serena Dinh : Executive Assistant (Remote).

What your day-to-day will look like (Core Responsibilities)

Property Management Responsibilities (70% of your workload)


● Heavy email management, messages, calendar management to schedule interviews, travels, gifts
for birthdays, anniversaries, and important meetings.
● Receive complex inquiries from guests and then decide the right way to resolve the issues while
ensuring an excellent client experience.
● Schedule, collaborate and manage internal staff as well as stakeholder communication to ensure
operational excellence.
● Plan daily routes of operations associates based on location, type of their tasks assigned,
customers’ needs, and priority.
● Execute Quality Assurance audits to ensure high quality of work and provide feedback on any
improvement opportunities back to the team.
● Fill out, send, monitor, and track important documentations such as rental applications, leases,
and invoices
● Assist with light bookkeeping, vendors’ payments, and payroll. Process and monitor routine
financial transactions, which may include researching and resolving discrepancies.
● Compose correspondence; develop, review and edit presentations and documentation;
independently research and analyze associated issues and/or compile materials needed for
presentation and/or decision-making purposes.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Anticipate and track initial dates, events and associated
action items; follow up with appropriate parties on behalf of the CEO to ensure deadlines are met.

Talents & People Operations (30% of your workload)


● Review and make decisions on qualified inbound and outbound applicants.
● Schedule interviews, drafts offer letters, and go through the official company approval process.
● Implement and system management: Lever and Gem.
● Setup email templates, workflow, job status, analytics, and hiring reporting.
● Prepare weekly recruitment reports.
● Other duties may also be assigned.

2.Vacancy: Madison Capital Group: Junior Financial Analyst (Remote).

What you will be doing:


● Preparing offering memorandums for real estate finance transactions or doing related exhibits in
Excel or Word.
● Doing basic Internet research and putting information in databases related to real estate, finance
transactions, developers, investors, etc. Transactions are all based in the US and particularly in
Florida.
● Preparing materials for investors, lenders, clients.
● Other possible finance and analytics related tasks.
