HR MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION


Be stricter with schedule adherence. Team leads will set the time for lunch and breaks.
CRM has issues. Specifically, lead uploading.
CRM should be available next month.
Erica will be assigned to do CRM work.
The plan is to have a server for easier access to files.
Sales notifications should be uniform. The template of Amanda will be used.
Be clear with mark-up rules. Should be explained again by team leaders.
Clarification: No Friday work is based on management discretion.
Non-performers will require to undergo sales training.
Assisted self-publishing.
KPI for designers should be implemented.
Aircon will be on a rotation basis.
Customer service lines should be always attended to. A lot of abandoned calls last month.
Ram is being considered as an OIC

TEAM DAVE
Team dials are not enough.
Will still handle Australia market.
Mary Maxwell will be transferred here.
Needs fresh leads for Australia.

TEAM AMANDA
They were not comfortable with the set-up last month.
Requesting better leads.
Team members will be reshuffled.
Amanda is back on track!!!

TEAM TRAVIS
Lawrence is no longer reporting. Janet will send the show cause notice.
He will no longer handle a sales team.
TEAM DENVER
Team Denver is dialing okay.
Newly appointed sales manager!

CHASE BAY
Newly appointed sales supervisor!!!
Will handle 8 reps.
