HOUSE RULES
Curfew Hours
Curfew hours are set for the safety of our residents and staff. Everyone is expected
to be in their respective rooms before 12midnight.

Pathway
Designated pathways are provided to ensure safety and avoid cross contamination
for staff in the dorm area and staff at holding area.

Visitation Hours
Guest and visitors are not allowed. Loitering is prohibited. Use designated areas for
laundry and hanging of clothes.

Impropriety
Staffs are expected to dress appropriately and decently inside the CM premises.
Public display of affection and other immoral acts are strictly prohibited. Avoid yelling and
shouting.

Smoking
Smoking inside the CM premises is not allowed.

Major Act of Misconduct

Possession and use of illegal drugs and narcotics is strictly prohibited. Drinking
inside the premises is also prohibited. Unauthorized possession of dangerous substance,
flammable materials and sharp objects that could harm other people is punishable
according to our company policy.

Cleanliness and Sanitation

Staffs residing at dormitory and those using the holding area are responsible for the
cleanliness of the area where they sleep and the comfort room that they use. Each will be
given a schedule to clean the premises that they are using. Cleaning materials will be
provided. Dormitories and Holding areas will be maintained by the staff. Practice
“CAYGO” clean as you go at all times.

Safety & Health Emergency Protocols

Practice quarantine and health protocols at all times. Avoid group activities to
prevent cross contamination. Breaking health protocols will be dealt accordingly.

Loses and Damages

Staffs are obliged to take care of the institution’s property that they are using. Staff
will be held responsible to any losses incurred.

Violations
Any violations against the rules and protocols will be reported and dealt according
by company rules and regulation.

Schedule of Duty
Schedule of duty will be given by the officer In-cahrge, they will stay on their own
room assignment for the rest of the duty to prevent spread of the disease.
