Terms & Conditions

1. Management is not responsible for your luggage/baggage & other belongings inside the bus/office.
2. The ticket is valid for the particular journey to which it is issued.
3. The management reserves the right to cancel, postpone, change or delay the vehicle without assigning any reason and to change the sitting
arrangement in case of emergency.
4. Passengers are requested to report 15 minutes in advance. The bus will not wait for passengers who are late.
5. Smoking, Drugs and Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the coach and inside any of our office premises.
6. If found any passengers using the above substances and disturbing the co passengers or our staff will be alighted from our coach and handover to
the nearest highway patrol or police station.
7. Changes to date or time can be made to the booking made at our website of mobile app if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled
departure time by visiting our branch.
8. Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while journey.
9. Any passenger disturbing the co-passengers is liable to be alighted from the coach.
10. Seats will be confirmed only after successful payment.( Depending upon seat Availability).
11. For children above 5 years full ticket is compulsory, without ticket children will not be allowed to board the bus (Age Proof Required )
12. Different amount will not be refunded, in the case of pre/post/open tickets cases.
13. If booked coach gets canceled/ changed, Different seats can be given to other coach/ same coach.
14. Any male passenger who books tickets marking him as a female in an available female adjacent seat will be made get off the bus without and
consideration, no refund will be given.
15. Any indecent activities / behavior will not be entertained and if found the passenger will be made to get off the bus without any consideration, no
refund will be given.
16. Carrying fireworks/ crackers are prohibited, if found passengers Are not Allowed to board the bus no Ticket Amount is refund.
