Get students’ attention

voice’ that learners can recognize.

Have an established way of attracting attention, e.g.


mute everyone, raise your hand or use a call/response
technique.

Don’t start the instructions until everyone is looking at


you.

Ensure your video is ‘ON’ – In a f2f class, be at the centre of


the room
