.s Commission of Sri Lanka Act No.35 of 2002, Section
30(2)(a) of Sri Lanka Electricity Act No.20 of 2009 and your letter dated 19 March, 2022 (ref-
DGM(CS&RA)/TRF/trf.2022).
‘The Commission approved ‘Decision on Electricity Tariffs 2022’ is attached herewith. The Licensees are
required to comply with specific provisions therein.
We wish to draw your attention to following conditions pertaining to the said tariff decision;
1. Licensee shall complete following requirements by the deadlines given below, and the Commission
will not consider any future tariff revision if these conditions are not fulfilled to ensure
reasonableness of the tariffs in line with the section 30(2)(b) of the Sri Lanka Electricity Act, No. 20
of 2009,
