I. Introduction
Cultural Evolution is a theory of social change. It means the development of culture
through time. Information capable of affecting individual’s behavior that they acquire from other members of the society through teaching, imitation and other forms of social transmission.
Sociopolitical Evolution is the transformation of different societies and political systems.
It happens when societies develop new forms of economic subsistence, acquire knowledge, and apply new technology. It is the process by which structural reorganization is affected through time, eventually producing a form or structure which is qualitatively different from the ancestral form.
