TAXATION
Activity

Under the TRAIN LAW, an individual with a taxable income of P250,000 or less will
now be exempted from income tax. Thus many have dubbed it to be a blessing for those trying to
make ends meeting with their meager salaries, while others branded TRAIN law as anti-poor
because it set a chain of increase in prices of some goods that they consumed. Agree or

I totally agree with it. But in my opinion, why our government is always trying to get in
every people I mean is it recommended to investigate their activities and put some tax on it. Tax
is fine but how in the world that our government can manage it through decentralized world? I’m
not greedy at all I’m just wondering that our government is surely being greedy. We small time
earners required to pay our taxes even the company itself is not operating in this country just
wow. Well then, what we can do is to cooperate with those corrupts and pay taxes. Our
government is loaded with a bunch of corrupt people so we won’t know if the money we pay is
going to a good hands or charity like that. I would be more grateful if they require us to give it
directly to those who are in need. We’re not even working yet in our country so put some tax on
us when we are working on some companies here and also give the salary we deserve before
requiring us to pay a huge amount of that tax. Well it is what it is we all know what kind of
country we are living.
