ANNUAL LUZON REGIONAL SCIENTIFIC MEETING

The National Academy of Science and Technology Philippines (NAST PHL), in

cooperation with the Department of Science and Technology-National Capital Region
(DOST-NCR), will host the Annual Luzon Regional Scientific Meeting (RSM) with the
theme, COVID-19 Pandemic: Learning from the Past, Coping with the Present,
Moving to the Next, from May 11 to 12, 2021 via Zoom.

This year’s Luzon RSM seeks to discuss contemporary concerns in the

country, predominantly on those brought about by the COVID-19 Pandemic crisis.
The event also aims to provide policy recommendations anchored on science-based
information to address challenges in healthcare, food security, education, as such,
while dealing with the pandemic.
