Densing II, is hereby designated as the permanent representative of the Department of Education (DepEd) to the National Intelligence Board (NIB) This is pursuant to Section 7 (8), Chapter 2. Book IV, Executive Office No. 292 instituting the Administrative Code of 1987, which provides that the Secretary has the power and function to delegate authority to officers and employees under her irection in accordance with the Code The aforementioned assignment shalll not preclude the Secretary form exercising the functions delegated to the permanent DepEd representative. Moreover, Undersecretary Densing Ill, as alternate representative, shall consult with the Secretary all decisions pertaining to his representation in the NIB. He shall also submit to the Secretary regular reports on his attendance to Board meetings. ‘This Order takes effect upon its issuance and shall remain effective until rescinded or revised.
