I. Contracting Parties:

Taking into consideration the Decission no. 404/24.03.2022 related to the amount of the annual tuition fess, the
amount for the installments and deadlines for payment of the tuition fees,

The Parties agreed to sign this Addendum, with the following content:
Art. 1. Point 5.5. from Chapter IV of the Study Framework Agreement is modified with the following content:
5.5. The student has to pay the established tuition fees according to the Regulations of the University of Medicine
and Pharmacy until the end of the academic year in 3 parts: 1st installment until October 14th, 2022, 2nd installment
until January 20th 2023 and the 3rd and the last installment until June 2nd 2023. For the extra-ordinary session for
increasing marks, credited exams and failed exams, the students have to pay the fee of this period, according to the
decisions adopted by the university and published on the university website, according to the structure of the
academic year.
The fee for this academic year (2022 - 2023) is:
o 5000 Euro, and must be paid in three instalments:
Ist installment – 1500 euro
- IInd installment – 1500 euro
- IIIrd installment – 2000 euro.

The fee for final complementary year is 1500 Euro and must be paid in until October 14th 2022.

The present addendum is concluded today ………………………2022 in two copies, one for each party.
