NARRATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

FEBRUARY 2022

The school is an institution which is responsible in molding the learners

into a responsible individual in the society. Since the COVID-19 outbreak has
compelled, the Department of Education strives to continue the learning
amidst pandemics. Despite all the challenges that we are facing in the new
normal, education must go on. As a teacher, I need to be responsive and
innovative to cater the needs of the parents and learners.

With this, every Monday are my given schedules in the distribution and
retrieval of modules and worksheets to the parents. Printing of the
worksheets, stapling of worksheets, preparing, and printing of WHLP, thinking
log, and parents’ monitoring log, ILMP is done every schedule of my Work
from Home.
Each day, I maximize my time by checking and recording the pupil’s outputs
and I managed to sort the SLMs and Worksheets into envelopes per pupils,
and the returned SLMs be sorted by subject by module. Also, I always give
time in cleaning the inside and outside of the classroom to maintain its
cleanliness and beautification.

The Opol West District also held an In–Service Training for Teachers,
led by our Larga King PSDS Roie M. Ubayubay, Ph.D., with the help of a
technical working group directed by our District ICT Odessa P. Langala, with
the participation of school principals and heads from different schools. Our
School Principal, our On-Board Captain Samy T. Igloria, led the four-day
workshop with all the brilliant speakers coming from the school heads, master
teachers, and selected teachers. The training was quite remarkable and
productive; I gained additional knowledge that I can apply to my teaching
career.

At the conclusion of each month, we must complete all reports and

submit them to the office. With the supervision and support of our superiors,
as well as the collaboration and assistance of my co-teachers, I had cheerfully
and thoroughly accomplished my assignment.
