When installing the cooling water pipe, water and oil should be made to flow in different direction to achieve good cooling results. For the gearbox without bell housing, the concentricity between input shaft of gearbox and flywheel of engine is within 0.1mm and the run-out 0.2mm; for aligning of the gearbox with bell housing, first make both bell housings ‘matched naturally, and tight bolts, then adjust both supports and tight bolts. The run-out between ‘output coupling of gearbox and secondary shaft (or tail shaft) is within & 0.6mm and the eircular end run-out of flange is © 100:0.04mm. When oil pressure is built up, and the engine runs normally, speed up engine to its rated speed and check ifthe initial oil Pressure is 0.3-0.6MPa. When oil pressure is normal, continue running for 10 minutes and switch control valve for 3~6 times to check noise and leakage of oil and water.
