AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS OF

TRANSFEROR

We, VISITACION L. ASIADO AND REMEDIOS L.

VALLADOLID, of legal age, Filipino and residents of Miluya,
Castilla, Sorsogon after having been duly sworn to pursuant to law,
depose and state:

1. That we are the transferor executed in the instrument Extra-

Judicial Settlement of Estate with Absolute Sale in favor of
LIBERATA MAGDAONG EXCIJA with Doc No. 516; Page
No.104; Book No. XXVI, Series of 2022;

2. That our aggregate agricultural landholding, including that of

our spouse does not exceed the landownership ceiling or
limit of ownership as provided under Section 6 of R.A. No.
6657, as amended;

3. That we own no other land except this land above-stated;

4. That the subject property for transfer is within our retention

area;

5. That the land subject of transfer is not tenanted; and has

complied with the tenant’s right of pre-emption or redemption
as stipulated under Section 11 and 12 of R.A. No. 3844, as
amended, and attaching therein the required Written Notices
to the concerned tenants and the proof of receipts;

6. That the land subject of transfer has no pending case before

the regular courts or any other tribunal involving the land
subject of the transaction.

7. That this affidavit is executed by us in compliance with DAR

Administrative Order No. 4, series of 2021, as well as other
laws and guidelines for the implementation of the DAR
program and to further state that I only own an area of not
more the Five (5) hectares.
