Assisted with the following tasks:

 Reviewed, gathered, and analyzed prospective customer inquiry data for the chatbot on the website www.suprexlearning.org, and improved the chatbot
responses to better understand user intent (NLP) and hence help them get to their required resource. This chatbot is still active on their website.

 Created a comprehensive flowchart for the chatbot’s functionality (Natural Language Processing).

 Worked on programming (Java) for backend development of Kivato’s SaaS solution for educational based organization.
