Payment Schedule

a. On signing of contract and issuance of License, 100% License Cost to be paid.

b. Implementation cost to be paid on milestone delivery basis, as specified below;
i. Milestone No. 1: - Finalization of Requirement Analysis – 25%
ii. Milestone No. 2: - Sign off Business Blueprint Document - 25%
iii. Milestone No. 3: - ERP Configuration & Users’ Acceptance Testing (UAT) - 25%
iv. Milestone No. 4: - Training of Users & Go Live - 25%
c. All Software related payments to be made in favor of “Digital Research Labs (Pvt.) Ltd”.
d. The above mentioned license costing is based on estimated users provided, which may vary after initial analysis
when the exact number of users will be agreed and finalized. Unit price of each user is clearly mentioned and the
same will be used to calculate the actual license cost once the users are finalized.
e. The above mentioned implementation cost is based on the estimated time required to implement the solution,
which may vary based on the actual time spent, though the unit price of implementation in terms of man weeks is
provided, based on which the actual costs will be determined.

Terms & Conditions

1. The client will be responsible for
a. Timely Provisioning of Relevant Records,
b. Access to Required Areas,
c. Office space for work,
d. And; a congenial working environment.
2. Provision of Minimum One Person per Domain as Master Trainer.
3. Any upgradations & 24/7 online support will be incorporated in AMC.
4. Insertion of Manual Data / Records by defined users.
5. Timely Provisioning of Required Hardware, Network and Communication Infrastructure.
6. Evaluation of software strictly as per mutually Accepted Testing Procedure (ATP).
7. Total License Cost is a Onetime license cost without any additional renewal charges.
8. Travelling, Boarding & Lodging shall be borne by the customer.
9. All price quoted above are exclusive of Govt. taxes.
10. All payments to be made in favor of “Digital Research Labs Pvt. Ltd. (DRL)”.
