2. A Php 450,000 bond is redeemable at Php 550,000 after 5 years. Coupons are given at 5%
convertible semi-annually. Find the amount of the semi-annual coupon.
3. The face value of a zero-coupon bond that will mature in 6 months is Php 7,000. If the yield- to-
maturity of the bond is estimated to be 2.1%, what must be the price of the bond today?

4. Consider a preferred stock with par value Php 4,000 per share, 8% dividend rate paid quarterly, and
a life of 15 years. If the required annual rate of return is 10%, what must be the price per share of the
stock?

5. A certain financial institution declared Php 57.00 dividend per share for its common stock. The
market value of the stock is Php 198.00. Determine the stocks yield per ratio.
B. Directions: The table below shows the data on five stockholders given the par value, the
dividend percentage, and the number of shares stock they have with a certain corporation. Find
