4 For learning English who is the most responsible

STUDENTS VS. TEACHERS? explain why?

I believe that the teacher has a greater

responsibility. The student does not have access to
the same knowledge and practices that a teacher
has. Teachers also have the ability to push a student
beyond what they think they can do, and can adapt
material to the student's learning style and
understanding. The student certainly has a role to
play, but if the teacher does a poor job of teaching,
the student will have nothing to work with.
