December 2, 2019, we would like to inform your good office that we will proceed on the construction
of the remaining floors as per issued Construction Bulletin No. 11 until the revised plan is transmitted
to our office. As we do not receive any official documents regarding the mounting and/or embedment
for solar deck structure as of this writing.
