 JOHN VILLANUEVA – he was hired to solve problems with meeting delivery

deadlines, and he had already spoken with the customer and assured them that
they would be able to deliver the products on time. If the truth is revealed to the
customers and company management, it may jeopardize their trust in John.

 PRODUCTION STAFF – they may feel under strain because the order will not be
completed on time, requiring them to work overtime.

 MEDRANO MACHINE COMPANY – because a delay in production equals to a

delay in earnings, it might harm the company's performance and result in
negative feedback.

 CUSTOMER – because they expected the items to come on the agreed-upon

date, a delay will definitely effect them, as their production will be delayed without
the goods from Medrano Machine Company, resulting in disappointment.
