The Impact of Foreign Workers Coming to Indonesia for Indonesian Manpower

Every adult, especially men, must have a job to fill up the needs of his
family life. In Indonesia, employment opportunities are not abundant and easy to
find. Work is a relationship that involves two parties between the company and
the workers / employees. The workers will get a salary in return for remuneration
from the company or employer, and the amount depends on the type of
profession carried out based on a contract agreed by both parties.
Then what if foreign workers enter Indonesia and become rivals for Indonesian
workers?
Foreign workers who enter Indonesia reap many pros and cons from
various parties. Foreign workers really help companies in Indonesia to be more
advanced. Their performance and skill was unquestionable.
However, this leaves prospective Indonesian workers with a small chance of
getting a job. As a result, there is a lot of unemployment and decreased
productivity of Indonesian citizens
The conclusion is, job openers should open up bigger opportunities for
Indonesian workers and still provide opportunities for foreign workers according
to the employment needs of the company.
