Montejo, Jerryan Fortich and Nico Fortich, all residents of Barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros
Oriental, Philippines, and Evelyn Fontejon Fujiwara, a resident of Asahikawa, Hokaido, Japan.
Attached herewith is our Complaint-Affidavit. Additional evidence will be presented during the
investigation proper.
