Base on my on opinion and observation to the picture, the function that been used to this
is personal function because the picture is full of lights but it is to blurry to identify the distance,
accurate color and for me it is hard to stare for a long period of time. In perspective with this is
the artist is expressing his/her expression to that picture like saying "he/she knows that he/she
has a bright future but for now it is blurry and still has long process to that bright future.
