Like i have written before that i really want to be a management scientist. I should create and
produce an observation related with Management science. What i am going to do is creating a
solution on Management practice. I think i should start with the meaning of What is Management?
Management is the science of arranging of resources or capital of a company to get competitive
advantages. If a company have a competitive advantages, the company can run the business
sustainabel. According to Ireland (2003), there are 3 main resources should be managed
strategically, they are financial capital, human capital, and social capital. But for me, i think it is more
complicated. But wait, i think i am agree with it.

I mean, If we can manage human capital very well, it also can solve operational, marketing problem.
So now, i should find out what is the current situation of management human resources? Or what if
the obstacle of management human resources in the future?

I think, i am going to be more like Bil Gates. So he works on solving the current and future problem.
Now, my tasks, findin out the current problem related with finncial, human resources, and social
capital.

I think, the template of my papers are all about creating theory how to fix current and future
problem throught management strategic related with management area to get competitive
advanategs. Gua baca Fontana (2011) yang dia bilang bahwa strategi management terbaik adalah
menerapkan inovasi. Inovasi menurut Bu Fontana itu ada nya atau lahirnya proses yang baru,
product baru, business model yang baru, struktur organisasi yang baru, marketing yang baru, dan
sisten management yang baru

Koc (2007) bilang bahwa kualitas HR yang bagus akan mempengaruhi performa inovasi. Sebenernya
gua kira itu kita (sebagai management) harus memanage HR kita dengan inovasi supaya lahir inovasi
yang baru di bidang marketing, operating, dll. Jadi menurut gua SHRM itu penting. Cuman sekarang
ada pertanyaan:

1) Apa pengertian SHRM?


2) Seberapa penting SHRM?
3) Masalah apa yang dapat diselelsaikan dengna SHRM?
