Problem statement:
Competition:
Due to the competition among the rivalry the companies are forced to work on their R&D
to keep up with the competition. So every company is forced to come up with a new release
or upgradation as soon as possible.
Another factor is the price at which the product is been sold which is comparatively high
as they concentrate only on the premium segment. Because of this they are not able to
penetrate the rest of the audience so they are restricted to a particular segment.

Market-Driven to Market-Driving
Alternatives:
1. Radical innovation
2. Incremental innovation
3. New pricing policy
4. Invest more on R&D
Solution:
The gap is created between apple and pricing can be filled by bringing in
technological advancement and reasonable premium pricing which make it ethical. When
apple makes this changes then it is obvious that the customer tend to choose apple in the fore
coming future.
