Prepare a fictional cognizable case and conduct an investigation (for educational purposes)
into the alleged offences. The facts should be stated in such a manner that the assignment should
mandatorily have the following documents.
1) FIR
2) Statement of witnesses
3) Property Seizure Memo
4) Arrest Memo
5) Final Report
Other documents may be attached depending upon the requirements of the case.
