Subject: SUBMISSION OF MONTHLY REPORTS

In compliance with the requirements of A.C. Ong Consulting Inc ISO 9001:2015
Quality Manual and the Construction Management Procedure, all on on-going Project
Sites are strictly required to submit a Monthly Report according to the following
schedule:

a. Government Projects – Monthly Report must be submitted to Client on or

before the 7th day of the succeeding month

b. Private Projects - Monthly Report must be submitted to Client on or before

the 16th day of the succeedi
