GROWTH MINDSET & GRIT PROJECT WRITE UP.

My partner’s name was Mr. Francis Darko and we paired up via Huddle on Slack at around 12.21pm
(EAT) on 15/02/22 to discuss the tasks for the stated project.

During our conversation, we were generally in total agreement about each other’s perspective on
growth mindset and grit.

The one thing that I better understood from my fellow peer was how the power of ‘yet’ can give you the
confidence and motivation to further develop yourself. My colleague was very articulate and gave a very
good example of how to develop that mindset.

My own personal ‘yet’ statement is; - “I am yet to become a world class technology product leader”.

Personally, I plan to practice growth mindset by consistently exposing myself to challenging situations
and seeing as an opportunity for growth.
