This Proposal Highlights & Content the sale of a Complete Craft Paper Manufacturing Factory
Located at Nelapatla Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanaghiri District
HYDERABAD, TELEGANA STATE (Highway-65 Regional Ring Road). Its respective units
having a capacity to produce craft paper amounting to 60 Ton per day which is approximately
1800 Ton per month.

Following are the details of the structure, Plant and Machinery for the aforesaid Factory. :-
1. TOTAL LAND AREA- 5 ACRE
2. APPROXIMATE COST OF THE LAND – 1.75*5=8.75 Cr.
3. ADMIN BUILDING/ GUEST HOUSE- Ground + First Floor its Covered area is 8000 Sq ft.
4. INNER COMPOUND BOUNDARY WALL- Total Cost of Admin Building and Inner
Compound Boundary wall is Fifty Lakh Rupees. (Rs 50. Lakh)
5. COMPLETE OUTER BOUNDARY WALL- 5 Acre, Approximate cost is 1Crore.
6. PRE-FABRICATED BUILDING (CONSTRUCTED GODOWN)- 35000 Sq. ft with a 12
Feet Height Wall and after 12 feet gap plus G.I sheet shading and total height of Godown is
29 feet, Length 330 ft, width 110 ft. which concludes to an area of Total Sq ft-36300.
7. BOILER SHADE- Area 10,000 Sq Ft, Total Area 36000 + 10,000= 46300*1000 it will cost
=4.63 Cr (Approx.)
8. TWO INSTALLED BOREWELL- 5 lakh each = 10 lakhs.
9. WATER TANK- Capacity is 1.5 KL*25= 37 Lakh 50 thousand.
10. EXISTING SECURITY ROOM – Costing – 5 lakhs.
11. POWER CONNECTION DEPOSIT- For 585 KW is 35 lakh.
12. COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION COST OF SUB- STATION- 50 Lakhs.
13. EXISTING GANTORY CRAIN – 5 Ton Capacity, Costing 15 lakhs.
