Any of us whose target is to achieve success in our professional lives will understand that we must learn how to work in harmony with others whose paths may cross ours daily. We will, unquestionably, work for ,with and beside people, just as they will, work for, with, and beside us. We will judge them, as most certanly they are going to be judging us. A lot of people realize the need for solid working relations and have a rule that treats others as they, themselves, expect to be treated. This seems to be a sound, practical idea for them.

Writing 9 I spoke with one company visitor recently; and she was very much impressed, she said, with the large amount of work she had noted being finished by one of our front office workers. I told her how we had just last week recognized this very person for what he had done, for output, naturall, but also because of its exciellence. We know this person has that magic touch . This magic touch is the ability to do a fair amount of work in a fair amount of time . It involnes a desire to become ever more efficient witout losing quality--the touch all workers should have.

Only then, print or remove the work and scrutinize to see how it might look to a recipient.

Anyone who expects some day to find an excellent job should begin now to learn the value of accuracy. To be worth anything , completed work must be correct, without question. Naturally, we realize that the human aspect of the work equation always raises the prospect of errors; but we should understand that those same errors can be found and fixed. Every completed job should carry at least one stamp; the stamp of pride in work that is exemplary.

They look great, they talk and write well; and, with candid self-confidence, they meet you eye to eye .
