MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR

NO. 76-01

SUBJECT: SCHEDULE OF RADIO OPERATOR EXAMINATIONS FOR THE

YEAR 1976.

Pursuant to existing radio laws and regulations, there is hereby issued a schedule of
examinations for radio operator licenses/permits of all classes to be given by the
Telecommunication Control Bureau at the places and on the dates indicated below:

II. SPECIAL EXAMINATIONS

Special examinations will also be given by this Bureau at its office in Quezon
City on the second and last Wednesdays of each month, for the following:

a. Code removals
b. Any one element that will qualify holders of Third or Second Class
Commercial Operator Licenses to the next higher class of licenses
c. Ship Low-Power Radiotelephone Operator Permit
d. Radioteletype Operator Permit
e. Restricted Land Mobile Radiotelephone Operator Permit
f. Restricted Pilot Radiotelephone Operator Permit

Applications for these special examinations should be filed and received in this Bureau at
least one week before the dates of the examinations.

In the interest of the service and, upon request, this Bureau may likewise conduct special
examinations in other places and on the dates to be designated, should there be sufficient
number of applicants that will warrant the giving of such examinations.

All of the above examinations will be conducted by the Radio Operator Examinations
Committee in accordance with the applicable guidelines set forth in Department Order
No. 80, series of 1971, and other instruction existing or those that may be given from
time to time, pertaining to the conduct of such examinations.

This Circular shall be effective from January 01, 1976 to December 31, 1976.
