Animals are in danger of extinction.

Some people say that

we should protect only those animals, which are useful to humans.
Most people believe that many wild animals do not need
protection and their extinction will not affect the life of mankind. But
will such an attitude towards animals lead to negative consequences?
To begin with, I would like to tell that every living being is an
integral part of the natural chain, each link of which is responsible for
one or another aspect of our life. As an example, we can look at a
simple bee, the main function of which is usually considered to be
only the production of honey. However, as scientists say, the
disappearance of a seemingly simple bee can lead to the extinction of
a huge number of plants, which will lead to the death of all mankind.
Even earthworms make a significant contribution, they facilitate
the access of moisture to the soil. Furthermore worms clean our planet
from the remnants of extinct creatures, which literally saves us from
air pollution.
It is clear from these observations that even such insignificant
species of animals help us to survive which undoubtedly makes most
people reconsider their views on the importance of our "little
lifesavers".
To summarize all the above, I would like to mention that
despite the wrong opinion of people, each individual species of
creatures must be protected from extinction, because they are all part
of a huge chain destruction of which can lead to dire consequences.
