Problem Statement
Every organization need Loyal employees for their beneficial
during the time of downsizing due to the recession downfalls.
It’s because there are economic benefits of employee loyalty
which includes low recruitment and training cost, high morale,
productivity and customer satisfaction. Flex leave, call option,
sabbatical, effective communication with the employees and
hand holding of employees can help the organizations to retain
the employee loyalty during the crucial time of downsizing.

Research Objective
The main objective is not to loose employees loyalty at the time
of downsizing.
What benefits should be provided to retain their loyalty.
