Hello Coaches,

Welcome to the 2022 KSS Jr. Best of the West Volleyball Championships
sponsored by the Sandman Hotel Group Kelowna. Please note the following
items:
1. On the bottom of the Google Spreadsheets are tabs that will open the
playoff draws (Gold/Yellow/White/Black).
2. I will also attach a rules page; maps page & the pool play results pages to
each draw.
3. We do not need to attach rosters to any of the scoresheets and we may
need help with scorekeepers and/or lines people for each of your matches. 
4. Our KSS Volleyball Parents will be preparing meals for our KSS
Coaches/Volunteers room upstairs in the KSS Staff room…please come by
for a free breakfast/lunch/dinner snack.
5. I've been reminded by several members of our Admin team and the
Custodial staff to ask all teams to please be respectful of the learning
environment happening at each of our school's tomorrow. With this in
mind, please have your teams:
 All parking spaces in the school parking lots are for students and staff only
(during Friday class sessions). Please drop your students off and park on
the nearest avenue.
 Keep the gyms free of any food/drink other than water. I believe that we
should all have our student-athletes clean up our benches after each
match.
 Please keep the noise down during class sessions and no loud music, etc…in
the hallways during class time. All athletes should be supervised
throughout this event (no balls or other objects should be used outside the
gym).
 Any food and/or supplies that we have for our athletes should be set up
with permission of each school and all materials should be cleaned up
immediately after meals.
