1. Undergraduate Student of Architecture >> BUET or other IAB recognized


universities.
2. Has successfully completed 3rd year.
3. Continuing as a regular student of that university.

1. Acquired Bachelor of Architecture degree from IAB recognized university

2. Acquired at least 2 years of professional experience under the supervision of
an Full member of IAB.
3. Enlisted at least two years as candidate member.

1. Any person other than architect


2. Has a significant contribution to the development and appreciation of the
profession of the architecture.
3. Any architect, anywhere in the world has significant contribution to
architecture.

Architectural Services

Basic services provided by the Architects


1. Schematic design phase
2. Design development phase
3. Construction document phase
4. Bidding or negotiation phase (Tender)
5. Construction phase (top supervision)

Additional Architectural Services

1. Special analysis of the owner’s needs, and programming the requirements of the
project.
2. Financial, Social feasibilities and other studies. \
3. Planning surveys, site evaluation or comparative studies of prospective sites.
4. Design services related to future facilities, systems and equipment not intended to be
constructed as part of the project.
5. Detailed estimates of construction cost or detailed quantity surveys or inventories of
materials, equipment and labor..
6. Interior design and other services like selection of furniture and furnishings.
7. Services for planning tenant or rental services.
