ACTIVITY 1 - LEADERSHIP

What is leadership?
- For me, it's being able to effectively lead a group and help other
people towards achieving their goals or the group's goal.

What is the importance of leadership as a student and as future

professional?
- Being a student requires us to learn but also make time to develop
our social skills like building connections with other people, with
group activities, teams or organizations. As future professional, it
will equip us with knowing how to communicate with other people
also building connections as it is important in the industry and it will
help us how to handle responsibilities effectively knowing work; they
are faced with unexpected events and problems so having the
leadership gives you the advantage.

Give your reaction on how the government handle the pandemic

and its relation to leadership?
- I believe they could have done more, rather than repeating the
same approaches like lockdowns, and of halting the economy to run.
I've lost some of my family because of the pandemic and I believe
they should've prevented earlier before the virus has spread the
entire country but I also belioeve that the people should follow the
rules and protocols. I'm honestly rather upset because I know they
all have the capability to lead but I think not all of them can lead
the people effectively - which is what leadership is.
