Required Qualifications:
  5+ Years having experience in Text mining .
o  10+ years as Data Analyst/Scientist with R/Python Language, SQL
o Must have an in-depth knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, machine
learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques including
regressions, cluster analysis test design, variable reduction, non-parametric tests
and forecasting methodologies.
o Experience with A/B testing and test designs
o Experience with big data, standardizing and appending variables across disparate
data sets
o Experience analyzing user level data (PII and anonymized), DMP data, social data
and viewing / transactional or streaming data.
o 8+ years’ experience developing production ML models to solve problems such as
text mining, path modelling, look-a-like modelling, and performance optimization

 Ability to work with data and platform engineers to implement ML pipelines.

 Experience with R/Python and SQL  
 Business experience in health care industry preferred, but not required.
 Results oriented, excel in organizational skills, have strong attention to details and be able to
effectively manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously.
 Curious about data and problem-solving intrinsic ability to look at data and identify patterns,
problems, or analysis opportunities
 Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex analyses to both technical
and non-technical audiences.
 Effective data visualization skills with analytical tools such as Tableau, Shiny. powerBI
 Collaborative – a team player who can thrive as an individual but also enjoy
 providing mentorship, learning, and being collaborative in cross-functional teams 

Preferred Qualifications:

o Strong expertise in designing Interfaces and Data Migration using Webservices or

equivalent technologies.
o Experience in enforcing best practices.
o Has performed the lead role for all technical deliverables and provide status update
to the project stake holders. 
o SQL MACHINE LEARNING SERVICES 

Good to have : knowledge  on  Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE  

 Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV

 Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM
 Preferably Health care industry 
 Microsoft SQL Server Certification
 Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able
to communicate by telephone, email or face to face , MS team, Zoom video etc. Travel may be
required as per the job requirements.
