Imagine that you are assigned to teach multigrade in a remote community. Considering the factor
that you are far away from your home. You don’t know anyone. Getting to your workplace is
logistically challenging and the language spoken by the remote community is not familiar. From
this given situation answer the following questions.

a. How might you adjust living in a remote community without your usual routines and support
networks close by? (10 points)

Adjusting in remote community is not a joke. I know that it was hard to adjust at the beginning,
but this is my passion. First one that I do arrange my mind set, change may usual routine and I
will communicate to people around the community, to gain knowledge on how life in remote
community is.

b. As a teacher, what are the strategies that you might use to prove that you are flexible and open
to change? (10 points)

As a Teacher, I will prove that I am flexible and open to change. To become flexible, I will focus
on my core values, develop my skill set and be open minded, be optimistic and always stay calm
or chill.

c. As an educator, how are you going to address the needs of the students in remote community
with little to no connectivity and extremely lack of resources? (10 points)

as an educator I will use my writing skills. I will make a letter to address the needs of the
students and also I will express to the letter what community we are with little to no connectivity
and extremely lack of resources and also I will use may voice to reach out the people outside
community on how poor is life in my community.
