Job Description
We are looking for someone with a high acumen for product design & marketing. The Intern will
work directly with the design team and directors. This is a paid internship with a possibility for
full-time hire. We are looking for someone to start June 2019 in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

● Participate in consumer and trend research

● Assist in concept ideation, sketching, and creation of technical packages/specifications
● Researching new materials, stocktaking and maintaining the materials library
● Social Media & Email Marketing, creation of marketing materials
● Content Writing for Italian Shoe Factory Blog
● Working on various projects as needed by designers
● Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks
● Assisting in meetings by handling prototypes, organizing materials, or presenting color
schemes

From this internship, the intern will learn:

● About materials and leathers
● How the design studio operates on a daily basis
● How the design process works by actively participating in a team environment

Qualifications
● Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree programM
● Must have valid UAE work authorization at the time of the internship
● Must be detailed-oriented and a team player
● Able to work in a fast paced environment & relentlessly resourceful
● A strong working knowledge with Photoshop, Illustrator and design tools
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
