In the company where I am currently working the comunication is more tan important since

this company handles a huge number of staff for that same reason the company needs to
implement and excellent organization at the moment of receiving or providing information in
order to get to all the goals that the company is in pourpose. In general the comunication of
this company is very effective beacause they always have plenty of chanels to comunícate with
all the stuff for example emails, advertising or meetings. And this has been very effective since
the company has present a succesfull growing through the years. And the last but not least all
the administrative positions in the company are very important beacause with them the
company creates a regular duct so all the information can get to all the people.
