Subject: Night Stay at Farmhouse

Dear SC Members
The reason I'm writing this memo is because I've planned for us to go on a term outing at the
end of the month, and I'm also asking you that we will be hosting the annual picnic for all the
students of our university which will held on 20 September at Neumann Farmhouse. We will
leave the university at 10:00 am for the picnic. The picnic held last year was a fantastic chance
for the student council members to spend some leisure time together.
Like last year, we will also manage sports activities such as volleyball, swimming, and water
skiing.
Students are encouraged to bring their food even though the company will be providing the
BBQ fare.
All members collect 2000 from every students who are willing to go for picnic

Prepare yourselves for an exciting time. Please tell me by April 19 how many people will be
accompanying you.
