BASIC LIFE SUPPORT VLOG GUIDELINES

1. The scenario: sudden HEART ATTACK.

2. Identify yourself as a first-aider, just follow the bandaging parting statement.
3. Observed the DRcowsCABD or other term is the primary survey. Then prepare
for the CPR execution for 5 cycles.
a. Check the carotid pulse for 10 seconds – if no signs of life,
b. Call for HELP-dial 911
c. Commence CPR
d. In Compression – execute the 1-30 compression followed by 2 ventilations
(for 5 cycles)
e. After 5 cycles, check the pulse for 10 seconds. If signs of life detected or
victim’s responsive then,
f. Position the victim into recovery position.

4. Again, say this line INSTRUCTOR, I’m ______________, a

you’re your name
trained first-aider I can HELP.
